For Part One go here:

As a 41-year-old woman, also a startup founder of JustPaid.ai I have come to value tools that aid in handling demands and guide me toward options for equilibrium.

I’m excited to continue with three more that I’ve personally researched and incorporated: Ipamorelin, Semaglutide, and Kisspeptin-10. This is all from my own experiences and explorations.

Ipamorelin: A Gentle Boost for Growth and Recovery

Ipamorelin stands out as a selective Growth Hormone Releasing Peptide (GHRP) that stimulates GH release while minimizing cortisol and prolactin spikes, making it a safe and clean option for me. I love how it complements GLP-1 peptides like Semaglutide, helping preserve muscle during weight loss. I later tried the stronger Tesamorelin, but Ipamorelin felt like the perfect gentle entry for my needs as a busy founder.

  • Muscle Growth & Fat Loss: Boosting IGF-1 levels, it supports lean muscle gain and efficient fat burning—ideal for my demanding lifestyle.

  • Sleep, Recovery, and Anti-Aging: It enhances deep sleep and GH pulses, promoting faster healing, stronger immunity, and youthful skin elasticity.

  • Joint, Tendon & Ligament Repair: Elevated GH and IGF-1 aid connective tissue regeneration, easing my occasional desk-related aches.

I only noticed the effects of it after 60 days when I did my follow up DEXA scan in San Francisco, I use BodySpec. If interested here is the referral code: https://www.bodyspec.com/r/Rge2ba
What I noticed is that compared to the Phase 3 study of Ozempic my total lean muscle loss was much lower than what control group had.

Semaglutide: Freedom from Food Noise

Semaglutide, a GLP-1 receptor agonist initially developed for type 2 diabetes and later approved as Ozempic and Wegovy for obesity, captivated me with its wider potential. After two weeks, I noticed the “food noise” in my head fade—my anxiety no longer drove me to DoorDash, freeing me from stress-eating urges. It’s been transformative, letting me focus on work and life.

It suppresses appetite by slowing stomach clearance and increasing satisfaction, supporting calorie reduction.

Microdose given subcutaneously weekly in mornings. A 2-month period suited weight focus, though ongoing use is common

  • Weight Loss: As a potent appetite suppressant, it delays gastric emptying and boosts fullness, helping me drop from 135 lbs post-vacation to 120 lbs, below my goal.

  • Improved Blood Sugar Control: It enhances insulin, reduces glucagon, and stabilizes blood sugar for better metabolic health.

  • Cardiovascular Protection: Studies highlight reduced risk of heart events in diabetics and obese individuals, a long-term benefit I value.

Kisspeptin-10: Harmonizing Hormones

Kisspeptin-10 intrigues me as a regulator of the reproductive hormone cascade, stimulating GnRH to boost LH and FSH. It offers a gentle approach to reproductive health without harsh side effects, and I’m still uncovering its potential.

  • Reproductive Hormone Stimulation: It increases LH and testosterone, supporting fertility, libido, and reproductive function during busy life phases.

  • Sexual and Emotional Well-Being: Research suggests it enhances mood and intimacy by influencing sexual attraction processing.

  • Menstrual and Ovulation Support: It may regulate cycles and aid ovulation, contributing to hormonal vitality.
